The room here is large and comes with a safe, TV with multiple channels, and a refrigerator, offering great views, plus the walk-in showers are a nice touch.

the staff was willing to help all the time. i've had spotless and cool room with coffe maker and view on windows and all modern facilities. the service was good, all people working there were very amiable and amazingly helpful.

The location is nice and they have parking on site.

Booked a room with pleasant views over the lake and it's an easy walk to everywhere we needed.

Staff are friendly, hotel is fairly clean, and the breakfast comes with a wonderful view and customizable eggs plus sausage.

I recently stayed at Supreme Hotel in Kandy for a few days and it was truly a remarkable experience. The room was impeccably clean and the staff were outstanding. I must mention Samanth from the restaurant who went above and beyond to prepare an amazing meal for us even though we arrived well past lunchtime. The hotel is situated on a hill, offering breathtaking views of the lake. The location away from the main streets provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The hotel staff were extremely helpful in recommending places to visit and dine in the town. The value for the price paid was exceptional, with high-quality rooms that exceeded expectations.

The view from the breakfast area and my room was absolutely stunning, with a jaw-dropping panorama of the lake. The staff, especially Samanth in the restaurant, were amazing and the food was superb. The room was clean, the late check-in and check-out options were convenient, and the breakfast was tasty. I also appreciated the free laundry and the knowledgeable English-speaking manager. The hotel offered free Wi-Fi, parking, luggage storage, 24-hour security, a flat-screen TV, electric kettle. The hotel was non-smoking and had air conditioning and billiard tables. No pets allowed.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, making us feel at home. The rooftop restaurant had the most amazing view of Kandy city, and we couldn't get enough of it. Plus, there was a pool table which kept us entertained during our downtime. We also took a trip to the evergreen Golf Course nearby and had a blast swinging away on one of the finest 18-hole golf courses in Asia. It was definitely a vacation filled with excitement and fun!

If there was one thing we could ask for, it would be a better party scene for young people like us. While the hotel was great in many aspects, it lacked a vibrant nightlife or entertainment options specifically geared towards young party-goers.

I chose this hotel for attending a conference in the commercial and city center known as the "Fort." The location was convenient and allowed easy access to the conference venue and other important areas. The hotel provided comfortable accommodations and helpful staff, making my stay pleasant.

One service that I missed for my work was a business center or dedicated workspace within the hotel. It would have been useful to have a designated area where I could have easily worked on my presentations and documents.

Obliging staff, excellent wifi, easy reach of town and lake, small open balcony, good restaurant, awesome breakfast.

Located on top of a hill with stunning views overlooking the lake and the iconic temple of the tooth relic. the hotel is conveniently close to the city center but uphill, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. the rooms are spacious and filled with natural light, offering a comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy a delicious buffet lunch and enjoy their meal on the terrace with a picturesque view of the lake.

Some noise disturbances due to construction work and occasional events in the neighboring areas.
